My ps4 is not turning on tho it fell on the floor My ps4 feel on the floor like flat on the floor when I tried turning it on it won't on what should I do

I threw my ps4 off the 3rd floor balcony and it still works golden

Ok my Ps4 dropped off my desk which is about maybe 4 feet high.. And When I try to turn it on is beeps once turns blue then goes right back off.. what do I do?

If you still have a warranty sticker on it and it has not been open you can call sony and maybe get it repaired under warranty, there is also a just repair solution for those that the warranty has run out. Hope this helps, as far as dropping it it has probably cracked solder joints, which require advanced technical skills and or equipment to be repaired sony offers this service.
