My Qicycle suddenly has no power assist

My Qicycle suddenly has no power assist

The battery level shows it is full and the LCD display shows up normal. Now it is just an ordinary bike with no power assist. The LCD display still shows the speed and watts of the bike when I am padel the bike. The bike has only 150km. Which component I should replace first or how to narrow down the faulty unit? Bike Control unit, torque sensor or the motor?

Watch YouTube for Xiaomi qicycle fr Dyson bike they found the sensor plug just need tighten n simply…I fixed mine hope it helps

I have the same problem also. Several e-bike service center don’t know the problem. They said xiaomi too complicated bike and no parts available in my country (jakarta - indonesia). Yesterday I went to another e-bike service center. The technician said he will check one by one. And just know he texted me, he found the problem. It is THE CONTROLLER. And now he is trying to replace with the one that he got in his store. Yes, he will try to modify or whatever to fit the new controller. I hope this will work.

"i‘ve had this problem two times.

First time the mud defender i have installed killed one little cable between the motor and the controller. The second time it was more difficult. qicycle app beta told me that one battery cell had 41volts, the other 0 volts. ….but the battery was working in another bike.

I have changed the integrated cable, then the controler, nothing. At last i have changed the computer at the handlebar. That‘s it. The computer was okay, only the yellow cable was broken. Folding a bike is no fun for the cables.

You have to check the controller. And… it really hard to check it. It locate behind the front lamp. Only an experiece tehnician can do that.
