Nokia c3-00 unable to maitain power when I turn it off

Nokia c3-00 unable to maitain power when I turn it off my nokia c3 doesn't powering succesfully... it turns the lcd lights on when i turning it on but suddenly turning off again after a few seconds.. my battery was fully charged
