Our camera froze in cold weather and won’t work now. Is there any way

Our Samsung galaxy camera froze completely whilst on holiday in Lapland. We have tried replacing battery etc but doesn’t look hopeful. Some of our pictures seemed to have saved to internal system as oppose to memory card. Is there any way of getting them off.
