The coffee handle/ holder will not open all the way
The silver handle at times will not open up all the way up. It partially opens. When I try to lift it up I can see a piece of something that appears to move from side to side and perhaps partially up and down. It is clearly blocking the handle and the kcup holder from comletely lifting up. If I try to shake it out, It appears to move to a location which will then permit to handle to open all the way up allowing to put in a kcup and make a cup of coffee. This appears to work for awhile until the machine is move and the piece moves to a location when it is visibly blocking the lifting unit from going all the way up. I have yet been able to get that particular piece out of the unit. How does one go about taking the unit apart and examining what is loose and blocking the handle from working properly?
