The handle on my Freewheeler luggage won't retract; what do I do?

Unzip the lining, and remove the four red screws. You can then pull the handle all the way out of your bag to replace it. If you are stuck in an airport and they won't let you board with your luggage handle out, just remove it, and get on the plane. You can get a replacement handle from Patagonia Customer Care later.
