Where can I get an instruction manual for an iPod #a1285?

Where can I get an instruction manual for an iPod #a1285? I have an iPod nano model #1285 and I don't know how to use it. I need an instruction manual. Is this an mp3? I don't know anything about iPods or mp3s and if they are the same thing.
