Why are motors not getting power on my One2Six shuffler?

Why are motors not getting power on my One2Six shuffler?

I have a few One2Six OTS shufflers that power on and seem to be ready to go but none of the motors work. When I go to services menu and do a motor test nothing works and now I’m getting “ Input Pusher Pos.!” error.
