Why can I only see the upper part of my screen?

Why can I only see the upper part of my screen?

I turned on my calculator and only the upper half of my screen is showing. I’ve changed the batteries and reset the calculator and it is still not working. I have attached an image of my calculator for reference (I darkened the screen so the problem can be seen better).
