Why is my display only showing half of the numbers?

Why is my display only showing half of the numbers? My number berserk are cut off about halfway on the display. Is there a solution for this?

Same problem, only my 0,7,and 9 work (all other buttons work except for addition and multipcation. Your guide doesnt help, either.
