Why isn't the video stream coming through on my phone?

Why isn't the video stream coming through on my phone? I synchronized my drone and remote controller, and it flies fine. But the video feed isn't coming through from the drone's camera to my phone. Nothing seems to be broken, so I don't understand why the live stream isn't popping up.
