Why will machine not brew a full pot and leave water in the machine?

Why will machine not brew a full pot and leave water in the machine?

Cuisinart model dcc-1200c coffeemaker will not brew a full pot , leaves water still in the machine . Have run a cleaning cycle but problem still not fixed. Any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
