Why won't any sound come out my beats

Why won't any sound come out my beats Hi, have a beats pill and my phone connects fine but no sound comes out, not even when the beats turns on or off.

"Josie Johnson , Beats Pill 2.0 no sound when connected to blue tooth device, It is recommended by Beats that you do a reset on your Beats Pill and if that does not fix the issue use Beats updater to update your pill. Link below for reset and updating instruction. Good luck.
