Why won't my roomba 780 stay in its dock?

Why won't my roomba 780 stay in its dock?

My roomba 780 will try to dock itself but can't line up with the points. I have to stick a coaster of something under the back of it to dock and charge. And I have tried cleaning all the points, that is not the problem. It won't dock at the right angle.
