Agitator will stick while in Spin Cycle? Why

Agitator will stick while in Spin Cycle? Why I just replaced my Dog Agits - my drum and agitator will spin with during the spin cycle, but my agitator stick or stop for a sec - make a grind noise then go back. What do I need to check/replace? ANSWERS:
