hello i got my ipod every time i turn it on my Ipod say apple/support/ipod?

iPod Videos are very finicky! Please take a look at the troubleshooting guide for further info.
Im having this same problem. The ipod is recognized by itunes, but when after the ipod is "prepared for recovery", I just get that same error message again :S. Does this mean it's the hard drive cable?
