Back light and sound no picture
Hi I have an vizio d48f-e0 from my girlfriend her kids did something to it see what looks like crack in the screen. Back light and sound work but no picture hoping it can be fixed. No signs of damage on the boards inside or anything. I can post pic if needed.

this is absolutely a cracked LCD. There is nothing left to do but to try and find a replacement. Those are really hard to come by and may cost more than a new TV. You can always try. Remove the back of your TV and take a look at the label on the LCD panel. It will have a manufacturer and a model number. Use that model number for an online search to see if you can find the right panel."
