[Beats Solo3] Only one side works unless a button is pressed

I can’t find Beats Solo3 Wireless as a device, so I’ll use beats solo 2. One day, my beats have only started working in the left ear. But, if I press a button ( https://imgur.com/a/rv9dW1B ) in a certain way, the right ear will work. I’ve tried taping down the button, but it doesn’t help much. Is there anything that I can do that will permanently fix my problem?
