brake drum cylinder busted Replaced it and ble brakes..still to the fl

brake drum cylinder busted Replaced it and ble brakes..still to the fl I have replaced both rear drum brake cylinders on my 02 escape 4x4 and bled the brakes and it's still going to the floor but off I pump it a few times it starts to work but then again it loosens back up I need major help here
