Buds are not turning on and connecting

Buds are not turning on and connecting
My buds are not turning on and connecting. When I pull them out of the case, they show as fully charged, green, according to the indicator light. But as soon as I pull them out, it turns orange. The buds do not turn on and look as though they are completely discharged
