Bypassed security system so truck runs but No head lights

Bypassed security system so truck runs but No head lights I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500. Security light came on and truck wouldn’t start bypassed it by the ignition so truck runs but now I have no cab light no headlights and no tail lights or blinkers
