Capstan melted against pole

Capstan melted against pole Hi I have an Olympus pearlcorder l200 and the capstan has somehow melted and the gew gets stuck on the pole the capstan comes in contact with. Can I replace the capstan and clean the pole in order to make it work again? ANSWERS:
