Cd change blinks on display

Cd change blinks on display Hi i have this stereo system SC-PM31 but the cd player is not working in the display only blinks “CD CHANGE" and doesn't make any fuctions not open the cd tray not play cd not change cd even with the cd changer disconected the display still blinks the same message.
