Dodge CARAVAN 2003 Why does my van stall?

Dodge CARAVAN 2003 Why does my van stall? Hi..thought it was the fuel filter so replaced that but van still stalls after driving for a couple of miles. Bought fuel injector spray…no luck. Neighbor says it is not the fuel pump. Car starts again after it cools. Kristina
