Dryer takes time to turn on again, what's wrong?

Dryer takes time to turn on again, what's wrong?

So my dryer turn on normally, but when i turn it off or it turns off by itself, it needs a long time to work again, when turned on immediately after it turned off, it just makes buzzing sound and it doesn't spin!
