Flashing screen when turned on

Flashing screen when turned on When I turn my tv on it blinks for about 10 mins before working I can hear it soon as it's on just like strobe light for the first 10 mins any idea what could be wrong ? I have unplugged it disconnected everything already ANSWERS:
