Freezer is cold but the refrigerator is not cooling

Remove the screws pull the back panel off and you’ll see the evaporator coil‘s If they are covered in ice then you have a defrost issue and the heater and tstat are under that ice. If no ice then the issue is in the sealed system and only a certified licensed refrigeration technician can do the repairs."
