GE Profile door ice maker/controls not working properly

GE Profile door ice maker/controls not working properly My GE profile (GFE28HMHEES) french door dispenser quit working. The dispenser switch clicks, and turns the light on, but zero dispenser activity including water. The top (door) ice maker is not working. The fridge has a new filter and the lower IM is working great. The door close switch seems to be working, it shuts the refridge lights off.
