green light comes on immediately turning to a red light which blinks 7
Have tried everything suggested. The green light comes on immediately turning to a red light which blinks 7 times, stops, another 7 times and so on. Have left the TV off at the mains for well over an hour, tried to turn it back on again with all the different reset suggestions but continues to do the same. So upset, not great timing in lockdown either.

According to the Power LED blink timing chart from the service manual for a Panasonic TC-P50C2, a 7 blink error code problem may either be in the SU board or the SD board. Be patient when trying to download the manual as it takes a little while to go from processing to download, after you have passed the security check and clicked on Go to Download, below the document preview box.

On p.23 it shows the location of the boards.
The TV would need to be tested to determine which board was the cause of the problem.
Be safety aware when testing in the back of a TV as there is exposed lethal AC voltage on the power board (A board)
