Same problem with the green light stuck on with no picture or sound. Changed the main board and the digital board, same problem.

not sure what board you are referring to by digital board. Start of by telling us the exact model of your TV. If you can, post some pictures of all of your boards so we can see what you see and hopefully find where to test your boards etc. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Right now it sounds like you are not getting a signal to the main board. You need to check the power board to see if it provides the signals needed."
