Headphones can't connect to jack

Headphones can't connect to jack

My headphones are unable to plug into the headphone jack on the device. The headphones seem to be in working order, since I can use them on other devices. The jack seems loose and may no longer be fully connected to the device.

ANSWERS:

Provided nothing is wrong with the headphones themselves, the headphone jack on the device may need be reseated or replaced. This would involve disassembling the device and checking the headphone jack. We have a guide that you can follow to perform this procedure step-by-step. Be sure to check that the jack is properly seated in the device, otherwise, obtain a new headphone jack to replace the defective one.
