"vamsiponugumati007 horizontal lines are usually caused by a bad Panel (LCD driver board has GATE drivers on it that may have failed). That board is really not replaceable by us DIY’ers. Let us know what exact Model your TV is and post some good pictures of what your screen shows with your QUESTION.
