How do I remove wall paint from Plexiglas?

How do I remove wall paint from Plexiglas? I recently acquired a Panasonic alarm clock from the 70s and I am looking to refurbish it. The screen covering the clock is made of Plexiglas and it has spots of wall paint on it. What's the best way to remove it without scratching it? ANSWERS:
