How do you connect the red metal to the top band?

How do you connect the red metal to the top band? I accidentally sat on my headset and one of the metal parts became loose. I proceeded to unscrew the screws and two plastic pieces popped out but they’re not broken. I now have no idea how to reassemble the headset. someone plz help. ANSWERS:
