How do you open up an Altec IMW575 speaker for charger port repair?

How do you open up an Altec IMW575 speaker for charger port repair? My Altec charging port is broken…surprise…There are plenty of videos on other Altec speakers but none on this one….I have all the screws out but on the top where the power/volume control is, there is a board glued down or something….I am afraid to apply pressure.
