How to CUT the SUPPLY BOARD and Covert it

How to CUT the SUPPLY BOARD and Covert it i just want to cut the Supplyboard due to fluctuation of its board by getting drop in water. the secondary section stills fine but the primary which is the supply board is devastated. how can i fixit? ANSWERS:
