I have a Blue screen and cant see anykind of menu or anything else

I have an RCA LED46C45RQ LCD FULL HD FLAT SCREEN. I have power, volume, remote works and changes channels, but, I have a Blue screen and cant see anykind of menu or anything else to suggeat what I need to do ! I have looked at MANY online suggestions and nothing has worked. I know that the tv is still good but, I cant get a NEW suggestion on what to try ! I have also done some BLIND tries ! I dont know where the screen settings are going or when to push the "Ok" button or to push the right or left side buttons. PLEASE HELP !!

Michael James Vasger  since you only have the blue screen and no menu or any other input, check the main board. Remove the cover and check the board for obviously damaged components. “MANY online suggestions and nothing has worked “ if you let us know what you have tried then we do not have to repeat things that you already know wont work.
