I have a wiring issue with a 1991 Dodge Ram Pickup

I have a wiring issue with a 1991 Dodge Ram Pickup The voltage regulator failed damaging the battery (replaced) and caused other odd problems. Most I tracked down but I have more to investigate regarding dash indicator lights and wiper control. I’m looking for a wiring diagram to help with tracing wires and/or intelligence whether I should replace the wiper control in the steering mechanism. I appreciate any assistance.
