Is my LCD panel broken, or something else?

Is my LCD panel broken, or something else? I recently purchase a Vizio M70-E3 70" 4K TV a few months ago and when moving into my new house, dropped it from a height of about 6", and caused it to no longer show an image on the screen. I am going to be very detailed with the sequence of events with my diagnosis, so please bear with me. ANSWERS:
