Lg 55lm5800 goes black after splash screen

Lg 55lm5800 goes black after splash screen Screen goes black after logo have sound and can see picture with flash light. P202 and P203 have 75.6v when back light is om and 70.4 when lights are out. Power board or back light problem ? ANSWERS:
