LG 55LM8600 Backlight stops working after about 15 min.
I have a EAX64744301 power supply that stops sending the 80 volts to the backlight panel at about 15min of run time. The pins on the main connector to the logic board read normal except pin one that says it should be at 24 volts (labeled power on) and is at 3.3 volts when set is turned on. The TV back-light shuts off at about 15min then all pins go to 0 volts except for the 2 pins that read 3.5Volts (There are no labels on these pins other than the voltage). there is also an LED on the power supply board that has does not light up? Not sure of its function. Sound and picture still work after back-light has shut off. If i turn the TV off then back on I get the back-light back for another 10-15min.
