lg oled 65b8pua not turning on

I took it off the wall and mounted in back on its original stand, turned on TV a click sound a couple vertical lines flash then another click and black screen. No logo, no images. The IR port remains on Red and would assume its getting power. Have gone through several different reset options and nothing changes. Bought New Feb 2019….
