Logic board shorter screw goes where?

Logic board shorter screw goes where?
After removing the logic board screws to lift the board a bit to lever off the stuck-on battery I noticed that one of the screws was shorter than all of the others, but it was not obvious which of the screw holes it came from. Reassembled with a new battery and the screws inserted at random everything works so far. Was I lucky or did it not matter?
