Low volume on right side

Low volume on right side
The sony xb 450 i have is cool and have good bass but now when i am listening to music i found out that the volume is low compared to the left side and the sound gets distorted in the right side.the bass is also very low in right side and i have tested this to other mobiles.do u know what is wrong with them??
