MAG h9819a turns on for 2 seconds then goes black

MAG h9819a turns on for 2 seconds then goes black i got this monitor from a friend that said that it happend to him in the past then after a while it stopped going black and worked normally, but the problem came back, the screen is steal turned on because the blue light is on and not flickering, and if i turn it off and on again it shows the image for like a second before going black again.
