Metal prong broke off in video slot, how do I remove it
Hello, my son was putting in the cord for his video game when the metal prong broke off the wire and is still in the video slot. How can it be removed with out damage to the tv?

"Hi. Which slot is affected? Was it the HDMI? It is likely that it was the HDMI as most newer consoles use HDMI.
Try unplugging the tv, waiting 30 minutes, and then taking a small pair of pliers and gingerly rocking the broken male end of the connector out of the plug. you can also try using wooden tooth picks to sandwich between the side walls of the hdmi port and the connector. This should help remove the connector from the plug. Remember to take your time and Be careful. you shouldn't need a lot of force.
