Mitsubishi NX85 18" LCD will not light up, can it be fixed?

Mitsubishi NX85 18" LCD will not light up, can it be fixed? Can it be fixed by me or do I have to send it out for repair? Is the cost worth it?

"First, I agree with oldturkey. No diagnostics lights means there's no power. Use a multimeter and test for continuity from the plug to the power supply. Look for a burned out fuse. Do a web search and see if you can find a service manual for your model. Also see if you can find anyone selling parts for your model.

"I tried to go on the mitsubishidisplay.com site, you had to be registered with a password.There wasn't any way to signup and I

ended up on this site. I'm willing to try anything, this was a nice

monitor well worth saving. Ill keep looking for the manual.

"I'm going to try the NECMitsubishi site maybe they can point me in

the right direction. Didn't Sams sell repair manuals at one time?
