My beats turn on but won’t charge.

My beats turn on but won’t charge.

When i put them on the charger they light up normally, and charge fine. but when i take them off and hold the on button, nothing happens. i’ve tried resetting them, nothing. I can’t go to the apple store. The only pair i have is my sisters and they work very quietly in one ear. Please help.
