My Gear Fit2 won't connect after an interrupded update - how do I fix?

My Gear Fit2 won't connect after an interrupded update - how do I fix? After doing a hard reboot - it won't connect to my phone. Once it opens, it won't allow me to access "Settings" - the icon just blinks and doesn't change screens.
