My JBL Charge 3 turns off by itself.

My JBL Charge 3 turns off by itself. When i turn on my JBL Charge 3 it turns off after couple seconds. After it has turnined off couple times it stays on and when i turn it off, it just does the same thing. It’s my second day with it so its brand new… ANSWERS:
